In an effort to streamline and simplify the process of registration for students wanting to try-out for teams at both high schools, CCPS has signed on with Form ReLeaf, a paperless registration system. All paperwork will be completed and submitted online.

The online process:

1. Go to CRHS Athletics to register. The user may need to Sign Up to open an account. Once all the information has been completed, the user will receive an email verifying that registration is complete. If an email is not received, registration has not been completed.

2.  Once all the information is completed on Form ReLeaf, students must take a physical form, found at the top of the registration page, to their doctor to fill out. Once the doctor completes the form, it must be given to the Athletic Director. (Physicals are good for one year from the date the doctor signs it.)

Once Steps 1 & 2 are complete, the student is eligible to try-out for an athletic team.
