This week third grade is learning about Self Driving Cars so they can write opinion essays on if they are good or bad after some research. 3rd graders got to observe our school Zamboni driving itself to demonstrate how this type of technology works.

Did you know it is Literacy in Ag week? Thank you to Kristen Hayman for coming in to teach our students about food production and the importance of farming.





GES will host their academic night, "A Night at the Fair," this Thursday, March 19th from 5:30-7:00pm.


Monday, March 16 - Due to impending inclement weather this afternoon, Caroline County Schools will close early today. Dismissal times are 1:00 pm for middle and high schools, and 2:00 pm for elementary schools. All afterschool activities are cancelled. Please be safe in your travels.

Running Club Announcement: Running Club is cancelled for this week, March 16th-20th. The club will resume next week, starting Monday, March 23rd.
