Mr. Newberry's PLTW Principles of Engineering class has been hard at work creating many things with vex robotics parts. First, they designed and created a simple latch of their choice. Then they designed and programmed a vex vehicle with the goal of going the slowest! They used their knowledge on gear ratios to perfect their speed and participated in a tug of war contest with the same vex car, analyzing why things happened the way they did. This week, they designed specific mechanisms with vex parts that are used to convert one type of motion to another. #ColonelTOUGH
